My name is Lee Waters, a Senior Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Psychology, Primary Practitioner in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Published Researcher and TEDx Speaker. With over 15 years’ experience in applied sport, higher, and further education settings I am a world leader in eye tracking and decision making.
If you're not measuring, you're guessing.
Using a unique skill set gained from my own experience in elite sport, education, psychology, personal training, I solve problems and develop approaches like no other. This is no better highlighted than leading a world first project in using eye tracking technology with ice hockey officials during live games of the Men's U18 World Championships 2023, and now in the Men's U20 Junior World Championships held in Switzerland and Sweden.
I believe decision making is the most important cognitive process we go through due to the number we make every day and with them being a way to demonstrate understanding and progress.
My passion for unpacking the underlying mechanisms of decision making in dynamic scenarios has led me to publish research, collaborate with elite sporting environments and deliver a plethora of workshops to showcase the importance of my approach. The experience I provide leads to no assumptions, no guessing, and no bias; vital for understanding performance and its enhancement.
What do you see? Your focus is your reality.
